MILLENNIUM FREIGHT places the highest priority on minimizing the operational or readiness impact of AOGs (Aircraft On Ground), for the want of essential spares. To assure a prompt, urgent action response that is in direct accord with customer requirements and expectations, MILLENNIUM FREIGHT can activate a 24-hour a day, 7 days a week AOG Hotline Telephone.

In practice, required parts are immediately identified (sourced and located), and an urgent priority shipment is dispatched to the affected aircraft's location - or other specified accepting authority - by the assigned AOG Action Officer. These actions are initiated upon notification of an AOG tail number and receipt of shipping instructions.
